The event ‘International Conference on the Two-Wheels Sector in Europe: Present and Future’ took place on 28 May 2025, in Águeda.

Participation in this conference had several strategic objectives, namely to understand how developments within the AM2R project can add value to the future of mobility and the Smart Cities framework. The event also provided an opportunity to disseminate and present the product being developed within the SAFOOS project to major European organisations and experts in the sector.

This participation also represented an important opportunity for establishing contacts, creating partnerships and networking with other professionals in the field, as well as for participating in lectures, workshops and expert panels, which provided an in-depth view of current and future market trends.

Overall, attendance at this event proved extremely positive, contributing to the generation of new ideas and initiatives in the field of innovation applied to smart cities, while also confirming the project's alignment with European market trends.
